Welcome to AdmitifyAI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including our AI-powered tools for resumes, cover letters, skills matching, interview preparation, and related features. By accessing or using AdmitifyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using our services, or otherwise accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of services

AdmitifyAI provides tools to help job seekers create and improve application materials and prepare for interviews. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Cover letter generation based on your profile and job descriptions.
  • Resume building, formatting, and tailoring suggestions.
  • Skills analysis and match with job requirements.
  • Interview preparation and practice features.
  • Application tracking and related utilities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and registration

You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the services to create or distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent content (e.g. fake qualifications or experience).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any third-party systems.
  • Use automated means (e.g. scraping, bots) to access or use the services except where we explicitly permit it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services (except as allowed by applicable law).
  • Use the services in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our infrastructure or interfere with others’ use.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Where we offer paid plans or one-time purchases, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your chosen plan. Fees are generally charged in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). Refunds are subject to our refund policy stated at the time of purchase or on the relevant product page. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of our services.

6. Intellectual property

We own or license the AdmitifyAI brand, website design, software, and other materials we provide. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without our written permission. Content you create using our tools (e.g. your own resume text, cover letters based on your input) remains yours; by using our services you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve our services, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated content and disclaimers

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate or suggest content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before using it (e.g. in job applications). We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or free from errors, and it is not legal, career, or professional advice. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated content, including hiring decisions by employers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdmitifyAI and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if no payment was made, one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100)). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdmitifyAI and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdmitifyAI regarding the services.
